Our GRFS mentor delegation visited Chicago for a collaborative Mentor Development Program. During this trip, our mentors connected with partner mentor teams, joined leadership workshops, and shared successful mentoring practices.
This international exchange helped strengthen our mentorship capacity, build new friendships, and bring valuable insights back to our youth programs in Canada.
