GRFS Learning Academy

GRFS Learning Academy

Learning. Mentorship. Skills for the Future.

GRFS Learning Academy is the education and mentorship hub of Grand River Friendship Society. The Academy brings together accessible academic support, mentorship, technology and STEM learning, enrichment opportunities and future-readiness programs for children and youth.

Our goal is to create welcoming learning environments where students can strengthen academic skills, explore their interests, build confidence and develop meaningful connections with mentors and their community.

Our Purpose

GRFS Learning Academy supports the academic, personal and social development of children and youth through accessible learning opportunities and meaningful mentorship.

Our approach goes beyond traditional classroom instruction. We help students strengthen foundational skills, develop curiosity, build confidence, explore future pathways and connect learning with real-life opportunities.

Whenever possible, programs are offered free of charge or at an affordable cost so that financial circumstances do not become a barrier to learning.
