As part of this month’s Activity Week, our Grade 6 girls in the GRFS Mentorship Program set out on a special trip to a local strawberry farm near St. Agatha, Ontario. More than just a fun day in the sun, this outing offered a chance to learn, connect, and grow — together.
With baskets in hand and mentors by their side, the girls explored open fields, picked fresh strawberries, and shared moments filled with laughter and learning. Through nature, they discovered teamwork. Through each other, they found trust and joy. From the soil to the smiles, it was a day of simple beauty and meaningful connection.
