June 21 was the International Day of Yoga — a special day celebrated around the world. Yoga is not just about exercise. It helps people feel calm, healthy, and peaceful inside. At GRFS, we believe yoga brings people together, no matter where they come from.

We were honoured to be invited by the Brahmarishi Mission of Canada to take part in the “Yoga for Harmony and Peace” session, led by Haripriya Swami. The event offered a meaningful presentation on Healing and Stress Management that left us refreshed and inspired. We’re especially grateful to Tushar and Tejal Upadhyay, and Karuna, for their heartfelt hospitality throughout our visit.

In a world that moves fast, showing up with care and presence is a true act of love. At GRFS, we believe that Love is a Verb — and it shows in every mindful breath, every shared smile, and every open heart.
