The Grand River Friendship Society Foundation organized a winter camp on December 23, 24, and 25, where people of different ages participated, and communication between different segments took place. Especially the struggles related to the problems experienced by volunteers from different countries of the world who have come to Canada, the importance of integration into Canadian society and the ways to achieve it, what can be done in humanitarian aid and human rights struggles and the ongoing efforts, examples of ways to be beneficial individuals to society, and seminars aimed at preserving and developing the values of the Hizmet movement were held. These seminars were conducted by nine experts covering 13 different topics.
