Cooking Class is a monthly gathering where food becomes a way to share stories, traditions, and togetherness.
It’s a joyful space where around 30 participants come together to explore diverse cuisines, present their own cultural dishes, and enjoy the warmth of community.
Happening once a month at our community building, each session celebrates both cooking and culture — one plate at a time.
We offer:
?️ Hands-on cooking and tasting
? A chance to present your own food and heritage
?? Guest chefs and cultural themes
? Friendly conversations and shared meals
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re cooking, presenting, or simply enjoying, each session is filled with flavor, learning, and love.
At the Grand River Friendship Society, we believe that love is a verb. Through food and friendship, our Cooking Class nourishes both body and soul.
